Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zen Widgets Premium (the “Widget”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Widget.

2. License

Upon purchase via Gumroad, you receive a perpetual, single-user license to use the Widget. The license is tied to your Gumroad email and may be used on up to 3 devices/browsers simultaneously.

3. Notion Access

You grant the Widget read-only access to your Notion databases via OAuth. The Widget will:

• Fetch task/commitment data only
• Never modify, delete, or create pages
• Process data in your browser; tokens stored encrypted in Cloudflare KV

4. Revocation

You may revoke access anytime via Notion → Settings → Connections. The Widget will fall back to demo mode. Your license remains valid.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled via Gumroad’s 30-day policy. Contact support@dovelover.qzz.io for assistance.

6. Limitations

The Widget is provided “as-is”. We are not liable for missed deadlines or data loss. You are responsible for maintaining accurate due dates in Notion.

7. Updates

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be emailed to license holders.
